NGC acted as General Contractor on this project, renovating 170 hotel rooms at the Club Intrawest Resort in Whistler while the hotel remained in normal operation. When NGC conducted a guest questionnaire to find out how intrusive the construction was during the project, most people responded, “What construction?”
