NGC delivers flexible, customer-focused construction solutions and is primarily focused on cinema, family entertainment, multifamily and affordable housing projects; including preconstruction services, construction and close-out. All key factors in the success of any project. We offer Owner’s Representative, General Contractor and Construction Management services with a portfolio of projects across North America. NGC has the ability to undertake complex projects ranging from $1M - $20M.

ALFREDO HERMANO
Alfredo is the man in charge of setting NGC’s overall strategy and keeping the team headed in the right direction. An entrepreneur by definition , Alfredo’s extensive background and hands-on experience working in, managing and owning several construction industry ventures give him a great insight into the building and development process and a desire to change the industry status quo. Alfredo has a degree in Construction Management from BCIT.
