NGC acted as Owner’s Rep and General Contractor for this project, also taking on pre-construction activities, including project budgeting and coordination with design consultants and municipal government decision makers. We completed most of the work within the short summer season, though our experience working in cold climates meant we could perform some work once there was snow on the ground.
